Good morning sweeties,

Just got finished with a very intense leg routine followed by cardio at the gym. I must say, it feels good to just go ahead and get that out of the way before I start my day. Makes me feel just a tad bit more accomplished =] I have decided that attacking my metabolism twice a day, six days a week works best for me (from previous Week 1's) and I have decided to continue this. This is what works best for ME. So later on today I will return back to the gym to do a second session of cardio and some sets of weighted back lounges. I am really proud of myself for taking action this morning, now I just have to watch my diet for the rest of the day...which happens to be my weakest point, but I will persevere because I am genuinely ready for a change. I will continue to keep you all posted. Have a wonderful day!
