@awanasita.. iye de.. soalnya aku kerja full day senin sampai jumat.. gk ada wktu olga.. paling aerobik malem klo pulang krja gk cape. Sekali jogging 1 jam aja cukup. Lari plus jalan tanpa henti 1 jam full

Katanya jogging 1 jam full itu cuma ngebakar 200 kalori = 1 bungkus mie instan😂

Pertamanya sih berat ya.. sampai 2 bulan kerasa berat bgt. Cuma kemauannya yg kuat.. gmna gk kuat coba baju uk xxl aja hk muat..!! Sekarang size aku L alhmdllh😂
