Day 8 of detox...one more to go and I can officially weigh in, I am kind of anxious, but scared at the same time! I have pretty much stuck to everything this time around, with a few cheats over the weekend, but nothing that I am too worried about! I went shopping on Sat so I am stocked up again on everything! Actually found some yogurt that I really like and it is only 60 calories. Made some more smoothies to get me through the days and I also made some vegetarian chili last night for dinner. It is pretty good, even my hubby and son liked it. Had enough left over for 2 more settings, so I will have it again for lunch today and tomorrow.
Breakfast ~ Dannon Light & Fit Peach Yogurt Snack ~ Banana Lunch ~ 1.5 cup vegetarian chili Snack ~ smoothie Dinner ~ Brown rice and sauteed veggies
I am feeling pretty good about things right now and I am sure hoping that my weigh in on Wed will show some great results! I also measured myself Sat after working out so hopefully that will help me on my downward battle!
