I totally overindulged this weekend. Went out for pizza and gelato on Sunday. Monday there was cupcakes and popcorn. Didn't feel so good this morning when I woke up...clearly there's a lesson in there....
Today involves going to the gym and getting in Week 5 - Mix 1 of my First Day to 5K running program, as well as doing some weights. Have to remember to pack some snacks for after because I'm at work from 5 til 11.
So, when I weigh in a little later this week, I'm not expecting to be much below the 168 that I recorded last week. If I am, it will be a pleasant surprise!
Still looking to get down around 160-165 for July/August...I can do this!
