Don't let one week get you down. The weight that you see on the scale is most likely half water weight. You'd be very surprised how just a couple days of "slacking" on a diet( most likely intake of more carbs and salt) can make you swell up some. Perfect example...Ever had an all out pizza fest one night? Chances are the next day you felt swollen. All the salt from "not so clean" foods swells you up and will make your body take on water. Don't let the numbers going up on the scale bring you down. Eat well, exercise like you were, and it will drop in no time! Keep the chin up!
