Today was a really rough day at university. I’m trying very hard to not stress eat. I came home and took a shower instead, then curled in a blanket. Any suggestions on how to negate stress eating??

What works for me: - Walking / light exercising. - Drink plenty of water. - Sometimes a bone broth or hot cup of tea helps too. - Just taking a minute to relax... with a good book or movie.
