Realized yesterday that I was probably not eating enough carbs so upped it a little.

Went for a 3 mile run today. Loved it! I've missed my runs!

Staying positive and hoping the numbers go down on Friday.

Had 25 pastachios today.

Getting a massive headache this afternoon.
