can someone tell me what a good balance is between calories burned and calories taken in is? some days I burn more then I eat, other days I eat more then burned. sometimes after exercise my belly grows and I feel like I'm starving. I'm staying between 1200-1500 calories burning between 1000-1400. I haven't lost anything the entire week instead I've gained a pound? I'm sure water weight is to blame, but still.
