I don't know why I even bothered getting on the dumb scale. I knew I had been doing bad the last few days, but once I steped on the scale my fears were real. 2 freeking pounds! I'm so MAD at myself!
I'm going to go through my cupboards and pitch every box of brownies we have! I now know my biggest weekness, and if my daughter trys to make a batch I swear I'm going to make her skinny butt eat everyone!
78.9 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

You hang in there.... we all have bad days/weeks. I am paying still today w/ stomach cramps from what I ate yesterday. Just get re-focused. Don't look back-we need to all look forward or we will just cry.....
