06/06/12 I had a bad day stress wise yesterday.. soooo because I'm an emotional eater it was hell. I didn't have meals but I ate a whole pile of low calorie individual Mousse's. (that looks funny).. I will have to make it up big time the remainder of the week. I also haven't been exercising.. I'm not sure I'll lose an ounce this week. I'm not counting myself out by any means, but just disappointed in myself. I let someone get to me..That sucks when you already feel vulnerable about certain things. Not going into detail because I know this can be read by anyone.. I can do this and.. The Summer Bang challenge is whats keeping me goin. I won't let the team down---or myself..
