I was bad had a hot fudge sundae. lol it was good. I asked the hubby for a small one when we stopped at the drive thru, and he ordered the large. I wasn't paying attention and as we drove away I made the comment about it being bigger then I thought. that's when he informed me that it was a large. I know I should have only are a little of it. but... did I mention how good it was.

It was lol. I only went 87 above my 1500 cal count for the day so all good.
