@non khie..untuk ayamnya beli bumbu jadi dipasar sama orang padang.bumbu ayam goreng kuning kalo gk salah namanya..garam biasa ajalah.ini cuma mikro nutrisi kok..gk usah yg mahal2.sama aja khasiatnya..
