Performance today! For better or for worse, I have strong performance anxiety ... but it burns a lot of calories! Haha. HOWEVER, it is so easy to want to eat when I come off that adrenaline rush. Fingers crossed - wish me luck and send self-control my way!

It went well - thanks for asking! The TV camera guy for the broadcast was standing like 2 feet behind me for 20 minutes; that's a great way to initiate an adrenaline rush. :)
