2nd starting day! Yeay! Jam 6 pagi sudah minum 2 gelas air putih untuk detoxing dan next breakfast ini fresh banget dan mengenyangkan! Simple sebelum mulai berolahraga jam 10an nanti😆

@nisaspage itu smoothie ala-ala aku mba hehe karena aku diet sambil nambahin tb jadi aku imbangkan sarapan pake smoothie (hilo teen, pisang, 4sdm oatmeal) kenyang banget 😆👍🏼
