Today wasn't to bad of a day. I went shopping with my mother, which is always a ball of laughs. My puppy didn't make a mess of the house his first time being left to run free while I was gone and I had a wonderful and much needed massage. What made the massage so good today was my therapist noticed I was working my bad back muscles. She told me to keep up the good work and gave me a few pointers.
Now if My poor stomach would just figure out that veggies are good for you and it shouldn't make me feel as if I'm about to burst, I would have had a top 10 day.

Hang in there. Good news about your back. Keep experimenting with your veggies...one at a time so that you know how they affect you. You're lucky with your puppy. I wouldn't dare let my puppy run free in the house yet when I'm gone, I'd come home to a disaster..lol

sounds like a good day! Im so sorry your tummy is still a problem, I sure hope it settles down for you. I do know that "ginger" is good for upset tummies, just not sure if you can find something to sprinkle it on? Maybe someone has some suggestions. I use to give my kids giner-ale (no 7-up does not work the same...has to be ginger), they do have it in diet.

When I'm feeling sick I add ginger to my tea. Not too much b/c it will burn your throat, maybe about 1/8 tsp. Add a little honey for a sore throat too if you need.
