Today is day two of my 25 lb goal. I’m currently on a supplements-only diet for the first two weeks, to break through the carb cravings and detox. Down 2 lbs in two days. Mostly fluid retention, I know but....seeing the scale move in the right direction is all it takes to make me happy!! Feeling the “keto headache” and carb withdrawals but no desire to give in. I plan to weigh in once a week: every Friday.
