Good Morning Everyone -
It is Friday and it is a beautiful day, I have had an amazing Americano with sugar free vanilla and cinnamon. I have had a good breakfast and I am feeling good. I am doing well getting enough water in and it shows in the lack of joint pain. The trade is I am having an extra trip to the bathroom in the night but I'll take it. Last night in the Gym I achieved a few personal best levels which was awesome as I am now ahead of where I was pre-"incident". Had a good dinner last night - we made some chili Colorado and tried some reduced fat refried black beans. working the amounts allowed me to have a regular flour tortilla and not blow my calories and carbs. It certainly won't be a daily meal but it was nice to know that this is in the options for meals when the time arises. A non scale victory today was that a shirt that used to be super tight was noted as being loose on me by my wife today. I am going to the chiropractor to get a tune up and then to the barber for a fresh hair cut. I hope everyone has a great day and has success in their life adventure today.
