Hello everyone! This has got to be my favorite dinner! I had salmon and salad. That's all I need. Taking a break from the gym tomorrow. Legs are just too sore to keep on doing cardio. I did a nice arm, chest and back work out today. I am starting to see hanging skin on my arms by my arm pits and under my arms. Its time to start working out the upper body now. I can actually see past my belly now when I look down! Yeah!!!! Had to buy new work out leggings, mine are falling down now. Nothing makes you feel better than when you put your clothes on and they are too big. Weight work outs are hard, but they really produce the results! Everyone have a wonderful weekend. Love to everyone.
