Today is alive day 90. I am back to my pre-"incident" work out levels and have exceeded some areas. I am logging food and BGL daily and I am staying pretty stable. My weight has leveled off and i am a bit under where i want to be it is Ok for now. I learned my joint pain was associated with being H2O dificent, so drinking more water. 90% reduction in sugar and I really don't miss any of it. I feel better, clearer thoughts, more focused on being around for a while. Guitar skills are slowly coming back, I don't foresee a tour anytime soon. I own my life adventure today and I wish you all the best on your journeys.
