aku setiap hari fitness ko dari senin sampe sabtu cm minggu off, cuma makan blom bisa clean banget ya, diet itu bawa santai ga usah ngoyo nanti stress loh hehe.
tapi Alhamdulillah dulu pake celana 31 skrg udah 28 hehe
