I did bad on my diet this weekend, but even with a three little muffins, a glass of wine, a glass of cranberry juice/vodka, a cup of macaroni and cheese, and putting honey in my coffee on top of meals, I didn't go over 2,000 calories. Considering I do 750 on Keto days, 1400 on regular diet days, and 1600 maintenance, 2,000 is not way overboard for a splurge. Now, if I were to do that every weekend I would be growing out of my biggest blue jeans again.
