1.1 down, woohoo! Another one pound hamburger roll is gone from my body. Yay! 3 lbs to go to reach my first goal: the 40s 😍 At this rate, I will reach my final goal by my daughters June college graduation. Added cardio yesterday as well. Super excited!!
68.9 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
