22。中午的 生酮豪華雙拼便當,讓我飽到現在⋯⋯ 所以晚餐只吃一碗 鬍鬚張的苦瓜排骨湯+一荷包蛋⋯⋯ 但湯頭感覺滿甜,應該有放糖,希望碳水別太高才好⋯⋯
