📌低碳Day113~67.6(-12.3)
睡飽一點終於有效了
今天到下午才吃第一餐
甘脆就吃一餐就好
但拖有點久哈4點多-8點多
因為中間工作一下
吃海苔包蘿蔓蒟蒻,生酮麵包
今天夜市日大破戒。因為身體需要
今天吃優格配水果約100克
吃炸魷魚有滿滿的蒜頭洋蔥
還吃炸臭豆腐,碳烤雞翅。雞屁股
67.6 kg Lost so far: 12.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.4 kg a Week
