Jules, I go to the setting on fat secret and choose the camera then take my picture. Then the option comes up to post. Hope this helps.
Thank you all for the support. This photo is a meal I have regularly. I love salmon. I just use some seasonings and put this on foil I make a little pan out of tin foil broil it for 5 to 8 min and then have my side salad and my mesl is complete.
