I'm about to have a nice piece of chocolate cake for breakfast. I don't feel bad about it because it came from PF Chang's and I'm about to include it into my calorie count for the day.
Okay so that's 1000, which leaves me with 500 calories to play with for the rest of the day. Ummm... not good. Okay I'll do like I always do, add another 200 more calories in case of an emergency. Well, as long as I don't go over 1700 I should be fine. :D
