My body seems to like this weight range or else I am putting on some muscle. I have tried to resist medium heavy weights and low rep sets at the gym but I find myself drifting back in that direction just because it feels good at 67 to shrug with 315 lbs or bench 225lbs. This may be the culprit in my weight plateau. I notice that my shirts are fitting a bit tight around the upper back and shoulders. Not really the smartest approach to exercise at my age but it is fun to watch the youngsters take a second look and I feel good despite the arthritis. Will gradually force myself to drift back to lighter weights and sets of 40-50 again.
108.1 kg Lost so far: 25.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
