I don't know what happened this week I followed my count ....maybe it was that Steak I had mid week DAMN YOU DELICIOUS MEAT DAMN YOU TO HELL . Just kidding I love you Rib Eye till we Meat again .... "see what I did there ?" stay the course it's a slow process getting fat and a slow process loosing what you put on all those years
132.0 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
