Day 144 - I knew once I would post a gain on here I would lose...... and I did. I have cut a few food items out of my routine for a few days and it helped drop. I am on the road for a few days and have a weekend trip planned for this weekend. I am looking at adding some of the 8min abs programs into my workout routine. I still have a ton of belly flab that I just can't shake. My love handles have shrunk but my gut still hangs out, I need to burn it somehow. My legs are getting thinner and thinner, not sure how much more there is to lose there. The belly is always the last to go.....
