@septiapermata @enjelina ini brokoli direbus sebentar saja kak, tanpa bumbu apa2...di atasnya ditabur keju parmesan 1/2 sdm buat pengganti garam...kalorinya ga sampe 100 ini. Kalo mau kejunya dibanyakin/tambah mayo msh boleh bgttt...
