diet gatot hr ini, malam2 tergoda frapucino vanilla walau pakai skim milk 240 kkal saja dan kerang rebus 15 biji 200 kkal jg.... #wagelaseh tp alhamsulilah msh dibawah tdee gw yg 1300 an... beti sihh hahahaha... night all happy weekend and kl cheating besok jgn lupa bahagia yaa... gak usah disesali, stress gak. jd kuruss malahan... hahahaha #sokyess bgt. 😇
