Down again. It seems my weight loss is a stair-step plan. I kind of plateau and then drop. That is interesting. IDK as long as I drop and continue to downsize what difference does it make? It makes me happy and healthier. Isn't that the goal? I look forward to the day I drop below the 200 mark. I hope it is soon. Have a beautiful day and focus on your little successes.
