Gained 2 lbs but lost half an inch on my waist. Exercised but cheated on my meal plan. I'll get it together! :-) Did some Taebo tonight and hope to do some more tomorrow.
81.6 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
