So about 2 weeks into my new diet (since told I have gestational diabetes) they told me i should have about 2200 cals a day, since tracking it in only at 1350 daily average.. I'm nervous it isn't enough for the baby and I. I still eat a good amount, but veggies and sugar free stuff is lower calories.
