This is just a little tid bit I thought Id add. I was making baby food for my daughter and I was baking apples in the oven to puree for her. So I decided to try a bite of one cause it smelled so good. THEY ARE DELISIOUS! Now I bake an apple and sprinkle it with suger and it taste almost like a bite of apple pie. Yummy! Anyway its my favorite new thing to eat so I thought I would share it :) Ow and Heres how I bake them if anyone is intrested
Cut apple in half and remove seeds and core place upside down on baking sheet with skin on the apple still add a little water to the baking sheet bake 30 min at 350. sprinkle with just a touch of cinnomen. Yummmy. I also bake pears and eat them warm. For some reason it just taste better all baked and warm :)

Oh and they told me that a baked apple has more fiber than a raw one...... I just microwave mine. Cut it into pieces, spray with pam, sprinkle with some sugar and splenda and voila!!! Pears are good microwaved as well with a tsp of sf Hersheys syrup over them.
