I am dreading 😟 the cold months ahead because I go in autopilot binge eating mode. It was cold and rainy today and I ate 2 flapjacks 🥞 4 slices of 🍞 bread, avo, 1/2 a chicken, biscuits and a litter of ☕️ coffee with sugar and creamer 😟. My tummy hurts but I still feel like eating something 🙆🏿‍♀️. Talk about self sabotage 🤦🏿‍♀️

eish, tell me about it. that was me yesterday. Had simba chips - whole 125g. and i have been slacking with my morning walks and 5:45 is still dark, blankets are warm
