I hate to ask....do you have the recipe? I don't know all the rules, new to FS, so if not...no worries :)

Personally, I just cook without measurements, but I used skinless salmon (cooked), you can substitute starkist canned salmon in water, olive oil mayo, bread crumbs, fine chopped celery, fine chopped onion, and one egg. You can add some fine shaved carrots also if you like. I mix all in bowl and make sure it is not to dry or cakes will fall apart when cooking. I also use small amount of olive oil in pan when frying them. You can adjust the recipe to whatever diet you are on. If no carbs, then substitute some kind of thickening powder similar to bread crumbs. Sometimes I will make with tuna or another fish. All are yummy. It is messy to make the patties so take off your rings. Heee hee. I roll them lightly in my hands just like meatballs and kinda shape patties, once in pan do not touch until ready to flip. A nice thin fish spatula helps to get under them to flip without breaking them. Enjoy. I do another skinless boneless salmon with apricot preserves smeared on top with chopped pecans. Easy to do on cookie sheet lined with heavy duty foil in oven. Delicious.

Thanks so much Knovosel 😊 My mouth is watering just thinking of it...I love salmon sushi so I am trying to steer away from it and try out other salmon recipes. You take great pics 👍
