Finally shedding that water bloat from Wednesday’s high salt!! So close to the 40s. I will be so happy to be done seeing that 5!!
68.2 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 9.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
