I just reached my 160 lbs goal! I thought about maintaining to this weight, which feels comfortable. However, I think I'll try to reach a new goal - get to the normal BMI range (so below 25). In my case, it should be around 150-152 lbs. I'll have to check out what number is the right one before changing my goal in Fat Secret. There are many BMI measurement websites out there, and apparently there is a "new BMI" that is different from the old one.
And all this while having my period too! This is fantastic!
I have another follow-up appointment with the eye doctor for September. Let's hope my symptoms don't worsen in the meantime!
