Bugrit. Two cups if coffee n blue and the sugars are way iver for the day. Hiping HIIT will sort that out. Life at crisis point crossroads, am trying to stay focussed, not going to obsess about food, it is ok. Losing the blue will be hard, coffee will have to be black, don't like cream in it. Sigh. Or not drink coffee. ... ... that is fine!
