Lost 2 pounds so far. at least its something. i keep posting & no ones answering. i had asked if anyones done the 3 day body cleanse & if it works or should i fast w it? please someone support me. i dod get 1 support today. thank you

Congrats on the lose. I never did a cleanse sorry can't help with that. I am doing keto and it seems to working well. I definitely would never be able to do a fast. Good luck to you!

I do high protein fat and low carbs. I don't have the will power to fast.

Thanks for answering. Can you tell me about keto? I went to a class at the hospital about that. Is that where you eat high protein but below the rdv?

Thanks alot! I was on the shaklee diet & lost 20 lbs. But i hate eating all that meat. I have high cholesterol. I will try your tips on butter bob & dr. Berry. Thanks!

I have tried Everything ... I have found most effective way to loose weight is to stay at 1200 calories per day with under 75 carbs( you gotta let go of the white ...potatoes, pasta, bread and rice..) only one piece of fruit a day and watch the “ bad” fat I try to stay under 40 grams a day total fat.. I DO NOT eat ANYTHING pre made..you HAVE to move WALK at least 30 minutes a day to start..and don’t forget the water.. One 8 oz glass every hour on the hour to start it will help you feel full and keep your mind off eating... keep busy... good luck

Just so you guys can get to know me. Ive had a hard life when i was younger- domestic violence & drugs & loss off custody of my children but i am sober 6 years. I would have 10 but had a small relapse. I am in touch w 1 son. Through gods grace & tenacity & hard work ive been getting my life together. I graduated college & recovery home & have a housecleaning business & work at a research firm. I couldnt have done it wout my higher power. Thank you for all the suggestions & supports

I’m sorry, I don’t know anything about cleansing diets. I do know about healthier eating patterns for a lifetime, and I know about the benefits of exercise for our physical health and our mental health. And I know about perseverance. This can be done. You have championed over a lot just as many of the people here have. Pull up your big girl pants and put on your best tutu and just keep moving forward. You can do it. We are all going to be cheering for you.
