So, I just calculated on http://www.bmi-calculator.net/body-fat-calculator/ ... and got:
Age 27 yrs Height 5'0.75" Weight 226.8 lbs Gender female BMI 43.20 BMR 1800 Waist to Hip Ratio 0.71 Body Fat Percentage 27.99
The BMI is still too high, but at my worst it was 48.57... so it's down 5 points :)
The body fat is also down from my worst (36.44)... almost 10%!!
Gotta keep going in the right direction... stop focusing on the scale and start focusing more on the body fat ratio!
