Just started here on fat secret website...and figuring out all the features. Very cool..I am glad i found it. I dont weight in until Monday when i visit Dr Bernstein Clinic , although my home scale is pretty much calibrated to theirs. Yesterday i didnt show a weight loss but this am..down 1.5 so i feel better with that. I have been very hungry at night but havent cheated yet. I made up some Jello Light and it is wonderfully satisfying i must say....i guess i am appreciating anything flavorful after a week of eating so radically different. On Monday I am going to the gym and trying to reignite that spark. Wish me luck!!
