It has been quite difficult giving up simple carbs.. they are just so abundant! The easiest morsels to eat at my house are pure carbs.. it's just plain evil!
So, the front desk at my work has collectively pulled toegther all our health & fitness goals.. Now, we're competing with each other, seeing who can stick to their fitness routine & lose the most weight. It's pretty awesome.. someone to finally hold me accountable.
My goals were to have at least 30 min of cardio everyday & eat less candy. Today was an epic failure. LOL, not sweatin it though.
