I have not been sticking to my keto plan at all. my boyfriend has been on leave and my work schedule has been different. I have really struggled with the lack of routine ao no exercise either. I have been doing my IF though and tried to make healthier decisions. This has at least worked. Trying to find balance when you're an all or nothing person is incredibly hard!
