I am way beyond frustrated!
My goal is to get to 225 or lower (lower preferred) by the 23rd of April which gives me 15 days to lose 3 7 pounds which seems really impossible to me. *sigh*
I'm starting a new contest with my TOPS group which has to do with Hockey (Canadians like their hockey, what can I say?)
if you're interested (and really I don't blame you) I'll post it as a challenge on here.
The purpose is to write down everything you eat, exercise every day (30 minutes) and drink 8 glasses of water (there's also points for turtling (staying the same) and contacting your buddy and also having a loss)
I'm hoping in having this challenge and actually writing it that I will be inspired to lose as well. *fingers crossed* I blew it for half of this week but I have every intention of losing anyway. (wish me luck)
