Exercise and healthy eating really does pay off guys! I’ve been training with a PT at my local gym and eating a healthy balanced diet with some big dinners being replaced by a Juice+ shake!
74.3 kg Lost so far: 22.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
