Got my butt out of bed this morning and just came home from a 1/2 hour walk, beautiful morning for it and I actually feel good...Hoping to increase 15 mins each week til I'm up to a hour Monday to Friday. My dog sounds like he's going to have a heart attack he's panting so heavy, think this will do us both good, lol!! Todays goal is to drink my water and eat three healthy meals, and two fruit for snacks, 12 days smoke free, yah, feeling very motivated to become a healthy person!
