Hi All, Just finished my break-fast. Delicious protein cinnamon mug muffin and 1/2 sausage. Perfect macros and about half my Cals for the day. Now this late in the day I'm calling a cell/pad moratorium until evening. My house, art and finances are all calling for attention. This Great grandma is much addicted.
