Started my third 5 day keto/low cal a month session. Been doing very good on my diet since I started dieting in January. Only went a little bit over the calories a few times, and then not too far over. Even when we eat out, we split the plate and don't over indulge. 21 lbs. to go. Contemplating setting my goal weight a little lower, from 140 to 135.
